As the MSM (Main Stream Media) tries to pin the latest controversy on Obama concerning statements that his pastor has said in previous sermons, it makes me think about one thing.

I haven’t seen one thing that is really out of the norm from most black churches I’ve been to. This to me is just another example of the disconnect between the black community and everyone else. I guess that rules me out of ever running for major political office because Lord know’s I’ve heard some things come out of the pulpit that Hannity and Colmes would jump all over. ha ha

Obama doesn’t even go to a Baptist church. Could you imagine what they’d think about a good old – down home Baptist preacher giving it to them uncut? The media and Clinton and the Repubs are grasping for straws now and it’s getting disgusting.

 BMWK family do you think the comments coming from Obama’s church were so different from the message given at most black churches?

    Jeremiah Wright have been preaching this same message for over 30 years were was white America? In the suburbs not even knowing a Trinity United Church of Christ. I will not never call Jeremiah Wight a racist unless I am call every Traditional Black Church pastor the same.

    Jeremiah Wright and other pastor that have been through racism in this America preaches from a place of experience . We as a people know that the Black Church is a total different church than most white churches. I grew up in a Traditional Black Church this is just as normal to here a pastor preach with this much passion. That is why Obama and no other black person find a problem with it. I don’t think Pastor Wright is a racist he might have a lot of anger but a racist no.

    In all of Jeremiah Wright’s preaching, where is Jesus? Where is the offer of salvation, transformation? Should the injustices of this life be called out for what they are? YES! I have a problem with trying to fix stuff on the outside WITHOUT first dealing with the sin nature on the inside. Remember, Adam and Eve lived in a perfect, non racist world. If it’s not one thing (racisim) it would be something else…(sexism, ageism, classism)

    We all need to ignore the media and their election tactics. I must agree that Rev. Wright has always been preaching these types of sermons andI admit I watxh him every Sunday morning on cable TV but who else….huh? He is not the only one but because Obama is his pastor they are attacking him. Will we ever become a country that will vote on the real issues, not what someones opinion is? We must keep our mind on the best elected candidate, the person will make life in America a better best to live for all of us. It’s the media and the Republican’s job to dig up dirt. Has Hilliary become a undercover Republican, will she do anything to win this race. Is she forgetting the proverb “you will reap what you sow”. We must stay strong, keep our eye on the prize and vote on election day for “Change”.
