A few years ago, having just driven six hours to Memphis, I stood on that very balcony before the museum there opened f/ the day. Most surreal moment of my life.

Lee Coles, some moments in life you do not forget. I was not even 1 yet when MLK was gunned down. Not to take light away from this wonderful moment of MLK but I remember seeing Ground Zero the after math of 911. Not sure if it is a historic moment to experience but I know that it is life changing. MLK had a dream and I wonder why we as Americans are still trying to defy and challenge it. The N word will probably make it in our dictionary books. “Nappy Headed Ho” will continue to be a phrase to down grade black woman. MLK’s dream is now a nightmare. Only because some ppl stopped caring and decided that tv, videos and making money was more important. Fatten the pockets to some is better than fattening the mind. Obama in 08.

That James Earl Ray was one hell of a career criminal. Staying at hotels, robbing banks and businesses, he even fled here to Canada at one point! shame they didn’t have AMW then. (America’s most wanted)
I saw his evil legacy on the CNN special!
Congrats to Beyonce and Sean Carter. Story on http://www.hiphossip.com
