Free Book Giveaway Contest!

We have a very special deal for you today. We have three copies of our dear friend NML’s new e-book:

Mr Unavailable and The Fallback Girl

Just over two and a half years ago I stumbled across the realisation that not only did I love Mr Unavailable’s (emotionally unavailable men) but that I was a commitment-phobe that was sabotaging all of my relationships, unbeknowst to me.

Mr Unavailable and The Fallback Girl Part One is my guide to emotionally unavailable men and the women that love them. I am empowering women to get smart about their faux relationships with these men and gain real positive change so that they can find personal happiness, which in turn, will lead to better relationship opportunities.

And guess what??? We’re going to give them away to our faithful readers today. All you have to do is leave us a comment telling us what you like or what you’d like to see on the site (BMWK). Just make sure you put your email in the email box (it won’t be displayed) and we’ll randomly pick three winners.

Don't take anything away. Keep it as-is, but you can ADD more. Does that make sense?! LOL... Although I don't have children (just a gaggle of Godbabies & kids that call me "auntie"), the topics are REAL, easy to relate to & fun.

As elle denise comment states. There is nothing that needs to change. Each post is somewhat different. This site is more of a family of us who wish to leave a comment. I appreciate the old school videos, all the useful info as far as our health is concerned and also your videos and pictures that show us your vacations, parties or neighborhood events you attend. I also appreciate that this site not only mentions other blogs but includes them in a post for us to comment.

I love your site. Very informative on issues that relate to us. Plus, I have the opportunity to learn various perspectives via the comment section on specific issues. Meanwhile, I would like to see y'all take advantage of your niche (black and married w/ kids, LOL) and evolve your website into an e-magazine that continues to show the mom's perspective and the dad's perspective on various issues. Just a little more guest bloggers from time to time that highlight there personal issue/struggle on a specific issue. Also, maybe an annual event/picnic celebrating couples that are black & married w/ kids or the family altogether. As you can see, I got ideas. LOL!

I think it's great. Maybe you can add suggestions on how to keep romance fresh!

I enjoy our site. I will be very honest...I enjoy how your content tends to be on the "brief" side. I subscribe to lots of blogs and sometimes the posts get lengthy and I will "tune out" the content. I like the variety of the topics you post, especially the different points of view between The Mom and The Dad. I enjoy the style of writing also. Keep up the good work.

GREAT blog! I find it to be very informative. Though I'm single, I do hope to be married one day and this blog provides lots of insight on married life. I like that there is a good blend of information on all sorts of topics, not just the same run-of-the-mill issues. Keep up the good work! :)

The winners are in! Below is the list that was selected at random (I wrote the names on paper and picked them out of a hat - old school style): 1. Anna 2. jaclynn 3. Tamara The book's author Natalie Lue will be in contact with you shortly about obtaining the e-book. When you're done reading it, send us a review at info@blackandmarriedwithkids.com. Thanks to everyone that entered. The comments and suggestions were very good. Some were things I'd been thinking about anyway so it was good to hear it coming from somewhere else.
