In all my life, I've never had a more favorite commercial! The first time I saw it, I laughed until I cried. After the commercial was over I continued to cry because the idea of it not only tickled my funny bone but touched my heart. It takes a real man and genuine dad to meet a daughter where she is in life and jump right in feet first! Amen to you, to all the dads doing cheers and the moms playing football. God bless and keep it up!

This has to be one of my favorite commercials...to see this guy out there cheerleading "unabashedly" and unashamed with his daughter. As fathers, we gotta do what we gotta do. Last year, I went out to tthe sidewalk in front of our house with my (at the time) 11 year old daughter and played "Skipping Rocks," her brainstorm of an idea. The goal of the game was to take 5 rocks, skip them down the side walk without going out of bounds (into the grass). Whoever skipped theirs the furthest won.

I'm the 2008 Skipping Rocks champion.

To Kazheem or anyone who thinks like him,

I have never posted a comment before but I could not let this slide. I am a black male who just happens to be a Police Officer.
It just amazes me that someone could think the way you do. Everyday, I deal with boys and girls who usually doesn't have their father in their life. Yes, it does make a big difference to the child if their father shows that he loves and cares about them. With all of the ills of this world it truely upsets me when someone can find fault with love. If we had more fathers like the one in the video take time out and show interest in their children, we would not have the problems that we have today. Like I said before, I am a Police Officer and I do work in one of the most violent places in America. Futhermore, I do fight with and arrest violent individuals but I also show them some compassion. If showing my child I care about her and enjoy engaging with her in her activities is so called "girlie" then I am the biggest sissy who will take your freedom. The bottom line is that "True Love is True Love and does not waiver" it will make you fell great and your child will have all the confidence is shown that their parents care. I guess some just need to grow up!

When I first seen this Nice little Commercial on Televition. I said look at here. Dad is with is little girl Cheering on the cheers. I said now that is the way to go. Dad's with thier daughter's. Or son's of that matter is taking good strive and Pride at what they do. Not only that. It kinda makes me think of my father. That haven't really been much in my life. But to only realize to know that father's out there can take the time of doing so.

I think of good parenting when seeing this video. And for the next time the video has come aroudn I told my mother, which she was sitting by the televition. To look at the commercial. I told her I think it cute, Nice and most of all. Very Parenting wise. For a child to have a father to take time out with thier childeren is like the most enjoying thing to see and to know that thier are good black men that is out there taking of buisness. I don't see negitive in this video. I see a whole lot of possitivity..

Some may take this one out of content. But I don't I take it out of A good nice since of humour, Smile's and a warm fuzzy filling deep down in my heart. I love what i see please keep doing what you are doing. I hope I would like to see more something like this somethime soon.

I don't know why you all think that this is cool because its not. That is not the role of a "dad". And doing girlie stuff don't make a man a good father. You all have let Feminism emasculate our men to no end. I mean, would you women really want your fathers shaking his but like a sissy in public like that? I don't think so.

I am trying to imagine TheDad doing cheers with his daugher. Why am I laughing in my head? After viewing the video if you look at the "still" I only see the guy who does the commercial and he says, "I SAID A BEEF HOT LINKS, I SAID A BEEF HOT LINKS". LOL.

I feel you girl! Great fathers are few and a wonderful sight to see. I've seen this commercial a bunch of times on TV a few months ago and absolutely LOVE it!

To all the great fathers out there you are very much appreciated and make a HUGE impact on your children's lives!
