Video: Iraqi Throws Shoe at President George Bush

CNN’s Michael Ware reports on President George Bush’s surprise visit to Baghdad and his exciting press conference where an Iraqi reporter took off his shoes and threw them at Bush. Now what was surprising to me was the fact that he got both shoes off and launched before being dragged down. I was under the impression that if you pulled one of these numbers you’d have a slug in your chest by the time you cocked back for the second release. Secret Service better get it together before Obama takes office!

@Greg – Cat like reflexes. You’ve gotta give G-Dubb some props. They say he stays in shape. Then he played it off good too.

Mannnnnn,

I’ve got a new respect for G-Dub. How many of us would have been able to duck like that, just a split second before impact?
