Oprah’s DC Inauguration Plans – Taping a Show and Having a Ball?

It’s been a while since we gave you an inauguration update so here’s a good one. The queen of media Oprah Winfrey will be in town for inauguration. You probably already figured that out after seeing her support for Obama over the past year or two but did you know she’ll be broadcasting a show from here also?

Word is that Oprah will be taping her show at the Kennedy Center for the few days leading up to the inauguration. In addition to the show taping people around town are saying that the Big “O’ has her folks looking for a place to throw a big party. Could the Queen of Media be hosting her own inaugural ball? If so BMWK will try to be up in the place. Don’t worry about how, the details aren’t important. LOL. We’ll keep you posted as we hear more.

I honestly feel in my heart that had it not been for "Lady O" endorsing Mr. Obama he would not have done as well as he did. She may have lost some "viewers" along the way but we live in America and if you are addicted to a show you will boycot for a moment and resume your regular scheduled progaming that you use to enjoy.

I am so excited to see Oprah follows her heart. I wish I could be apart of this event. I have alot of experience and expertise at Pr and event planning. I dont know how to get in! I would even donate or volunteer my services. I have been ignited by this process, as Iam sure millions of Americans has been. If any one know how I am volunteer let me know.

Anyone heading to DC for the inauguration might be interested in this guide: "Where to Pee in DC: An Insider's Guide for the Inauguration" Sounds goofy, but there's a shortage of available bathrooms on and around the National Mall where the inauguration takes place. It's available on ebay for $3.75 (item # 120351046988). Have a great time!
