50 Million Pound Challenge Week 3

We’re back for our weekly update on the State Farm 50 Million Pound Challenge. It’s not too late to join our team that we have going on their site. Here is an update on how we’re doing so far:

HER VIEW:

This is my third week in the challenge. By exercising and following the daily meal plans I’m averaging weight loss of about 2 pounds a week and I’ve been feeling great as a result.

With our busy schedules I know what it’s like to have trouble squeezing in exercise and you can forget about having time to go to the gym. So when the weather has been nice I make sure to get my daily jog in or may even jog while pushing the stroller for a little extra umph… :-)

I have now lost a total of 6 pounds since starting the challenge. My total goal was to lose 14 pounds and at the end of this journey to also have a healthier lifestyle and I think that I’m well on my way.

HIS VIEW:

I finally feel like I’ve made some progress this week. Since my shooting schedule for our documentary slowed down a bit life has returned back to normal at least for the  next few days.

I have to cosign that Ronnie has been doing a great job. We went out on a date over the weekend and she even stayed on her healthy routine when we went out to eat. She’s doing a great job and I’m proud of her.

I’ve slowly creeped into exercising. If I can’t get a full workout in then I at least try to spend some time doing the old standards: push-ups, sit-ups and jumping jacks (3 count) just so I’ve done something. To tell you the truth even if that’s all that I do I immediately feel better afterwards.

BMWK family, how have you been doing up to this point? Do you feel any better, are you losing any weight? What are your goals for the program. If you haven’t yet be sure to join our team and we’ll see you next week with another update.
