Quote of The Day 5/15/2009

We’re going to try something new for a few days and see how you like it. We’ll have a quoute of the day. Everyday we’ll provide something that we hope is insightful or uplifting in someway and comment on it and let us know what you think about that day’s quote. What does it mean to you, how can it affect you, can you use it?

Today’s quote:

Don’t wish it were easier, wish you were better. – Jim Rohn

I LOVE that…not that we have to constantly come up “on the rough side of the mountain,” but that we continually press and refuse to settle into a comfort zone. Good stuff!

When things are easy in life, we miss the message or lesson learned from it. When we understand the lesson learned, we make ourselves better. Great idea…keep them coming!

Great! So far from the early responses the quote of the day looks like a keeper :-) We’ll run one every day next week and see if everyone still thinks we should keep them coming. Thanks for weighing in everyone.

I like this “quote of the day” post.
The grass may be greener (next door, across the street or out of my zip code) it does not mean I don’t appreciate the grass I have any less, it only makes me love my “grass more”. My quote is to appreciate what you have, nothing is promised to anyone, well taxes and death are but you know what I mean. LOL.

I think it’s all about focusing on improving yourself first as an individual, if you know who you are and what you want then you can face any situation.
