Friend of the blog Abiola Abrams who has guest blogged for us two times here and here is currently starring on a VH1 reality show “Tough Love”. She shared two videos with us where she talks about being a black woman on reality TV and the pressures of changing that stereotypical role and another where she answers viewer emails (watch the volume on the second clip). My opinion would have been different of her had I not watched her video. I now see why she is a "single lady". I have watched "Tough Love" and was rooting for her to find love. She was married for a short minute and then married herself and put a ring on it. She is a beautiful black woman with pretty demples on her face but she is too stuck on herself for even little old me to take her seriously. I can't even pronounce her name, say her name or spell her name. I will say that my guilty pleasure is "realty tv". I get disapointed when shows "pimp" out the z listers only to pimp them out more for a sequel. SMH wondering "why".
