Try to ignite those sparks again…married folks tend to get caught up in the daily routine and forget to set time aside for themselves away from kids, responsibilities, tiredness from work. Find new events to go to…date nights…

Aside from ur spouse, find a hobby that you’re strongly interested in and occupy your time. Involve yourself in a charity you relate to…

Gwen, believe me I understand. I was also right there. Those tips really do keep me from losing it, especially starting the day with prayer.
