“I love the man that can smile in trouble, that can gather strength from distress, and grow brave by reflection. ‘Tis the business of little minds to shrink, but he whose heart is firm, and whose conscience approves his conduct, will pursue his principles unto death.”  -Thomas Paine

I will only add that a man is never alone is his trials and tribulations when he allows someone to share his troubles, strengths and distress with, God and/or his wife. We also have to remember that "behind every good man is a good woman". I don't walk behind my husband, but with him ,as he walks side by side with me. Hubby and I can debate until the sky turns blue again. It does not change the "reflection" that we have on each other. It just means that we know when to agree to disagree. Thanks for the post.
