I am going to ask my kids if they know who she was. What is "Black History Month" for if I am not getting all my history. Thank goodness for google. Althea Gibson is the reason why ppl like Tiger Woods, Arthur Ash and the Williams Sisters exist. I just spoke with my daughter, she knows who Ms Gibson is. She learned in school and from "The Disney Channel". I guess I was sleeping in class that day, or just too old to remember. LOL. I googled. I love learing something new each day.
