These tips are on the money. I’ve been married for 25 years and have been through it all, ups and downs. But this is an up time for us now. I have learned that you must keep your partner engaged by talking, doing things together, and having fun dates. You have to spend as much time nuturing the relationship as you do nurturing careers and kids.
~~~~~~~~
So true.  I think that most ppl like the idea of being married, but don&#039;t realize the effort it takes to stay married.  We all have our &quot;ups and downs&quot; and I have been in my &quot;up time(as you put it) for many yrs.  I know the longer I am married the better it gets.  I know that hubby does not like oxtails or pigs feet(more for me) I also know that I am not going to leave him hanging for a meal but make a alternative one or he will make his own.  Sometimes it is the little things that can tick someone off the most.    Never sweat the small stuff.  Save your enegry for something more meaningful, like where are we going for &quot;Date Night&quot;.  LOL.</description>
