Thanks to all of you we’ve just snagged the 2010 About.com Reader’s Choice Award for Favorite Parenting Blog. This award means a lot to us because it’s the first one we’ve won that doesn’t have the word “Black” in front of it. When it’s all said and done we’d like to go down as the best marriage\parenting blog on the Net period. We’ve moved into the mainstream and won with a good margin all because you took the time to vote and let us know that you appreciate what the team here at BMWK does on a daily basis.

The truly amazing part to this is we only advertised the contest for the first 48 hours that we were aware here and on our FB fan page (www.marriagefans.com). You guys gave us enough of a cushion we never had to do it again. Didn’t even have to post a button in the sidebar as a reminder. Everyone just voted and spread the word and this is why we love our readers!
