Sponsored Post: What I’ve Learned While Doing The Dannon Activia 14 Day Challenge

Last week I told you I was doing the Dannon Activia 14 Day challenge and a few of you even said you would join me. Well it hasn’t been long but in this short time I just wanted to share the top 3  things that I’ve learned since doing the challenge.

1. It tastes really good! I mean like really good. The problem with a lot of things that are good for you is that they taste like cardboard LOL. If there was no benefit at all I’d still eat the Activia because it’s just so tasty.

2. My daughter thinks it tastes really good too and that’s a problem. My 4 year old ate most of my first pack so I had to go and get more before I really planned on doing so.  She needs to stick to her kiddie snacks and leave this to mommy :-) . The good part about her eating the Activia is that it’s been keeping her system regulated which has sometimes been a problem in the past.

3. It is easy to fit into my day, partly again because it tastes so good but I digress. I’ll just pull one out while I’m on a conference call for work and enjoy myself.

What have you found out about Dannon Activia? How is your challenge going? What’s your favorite flavor? Have you tried their deserts?

I love it as well. I prefer strawberry or peach. I haven’t managed to make it 14 days in a row, but I do notice a difference on the weeks I take it for several days. I wish it came in the large tubs, like Dannon’s other products.
