We Need More Survivors
BMWK Family- We are partnering with Shameeka Shy Ayers, founder of The Broke Socialite Media, in an effort to make a difference in the fight against breast cancer. Breast Cancer impacts millions of people around the world and 10 million people will die from it over the next 25 years. Millions of people will lose their loved ones to this disease.
One of my most vivid memories of my Grandmother is of how she struggled with breast cancer prior to losing her battle. She became so frail and weak. I remember feeling awful for my grandmother and I remember how that disease affected my mother and her siblings and their families. So yes, this cause is very personal to me. I want to do my part with helping to turn millions of breast cancer patients into breast cancer survivors.
