VIDEO: Homeowners Foreclose on Bank of America! Must See Video

One Florida couple turned the tables on Bank of America when they foreclosed on the bank! Yes you read that correctly, Warren and Maureen Nyergers went to a Bank of American branch in Naples, Florida to seize assessments with a moving truck and Sheriff’s deputy in tow.

From Huffington Post:

Sheriff’s deputies, movers, and the Nyergers’ attorney went to the bank and foreclosed on it. The attorney gave instructions to to remove desks, computers, copiers, filing cabinets and any cash in the teller’s drawers.

After about an hour of being locked out of the bank, the bank manager handed the attorney a check for the legal fees.

It doesn't suprise me that Bank of America would do this. They took the Stimulus money from the government and gave there CEO's million dollar raises instead of loaning the money out to people who had good credit. Every once and awhile, it is nice to see the tables turn.

this is amazing don't thank this would happen in dc but all this does is make them go up on fees on people that bank with them but i don't thank its sweet justice.

Oh that is poetic justice! I really despise B of A as an institution they are a conglomerate who have/had terrible banking practices which include predatory lending.
