An anonymous businessman decided to spread some pre-holiday cheer by surprising some lucky (random) residents of Reading, PA, one of the poorest cities in America. Visiting thrift stores, laundromats and bus terminals, the businessman passed out $100 bills to residents, and in return, all they had to do was to do something nice for someone else.
