As wives, we hear it all the time. Don’t let yourself go.
We’re constantly fighting the battle against the frump and the baby fat. Sometimes we win, sometimes we lose, but how often do we step back and think to ourselves that we might be fighting against the wrong thing?
As someone who has been on both sides of that battle, I find that a raggedy outside is usually a reflection of a raggedy inside. That tired look isn’t just a look, it’s my tired soul reflecting on my face. On the other hand, when I feel like hot like fire, I want to look like it. That snatch-back ponytail does not do enough to reflect the fabulousness within!
Letting yourself go isn’t always something that can be covered up with an extra coat of nail polish. To avoid the frump, you have to work on yourself from the inside out. Here are five ways you’re letting yourself go that are written all over your face.

Good read! I just had my second so I’m working on finding that balance now between kids, husband, and my own interests. Its tough, but well worth it if for nothing more than peace of mind.
It’s tough, definitely, but don’t give up on it. You’ll be glad you made the effort in the long run. Thanks for your comment!
