Audio – Dr. Martin Luther King Jr’s First I Have A Dream Speech Found

In the wake of racial tension throughout the United States, it is fitting that a new recording of Dr. Martin Luther King’s “I Have A Dream” speech serve as a rallying cry for African Americans – and really, for all Americans.  Though Dr. King delivered the compelling address in 1963 in Washington D.C., it was not his first time declaring his vision.  Listen below as Dr. King addresses a Rocky Mount, NC crowd of nearly 2000 people gathered at Booker T. Washington High School in 1962.
