Return Policy
All requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days from delivery of the products to customerservice@tylernewmedia.com. All exchanged merchandise must be undamaged and in re-saleable condition to qualify for a return. Shipping charges and return shipping charges can not be reimbursed.
