If you are in NY, don’t miss this fabulous family fun event Saturday October 13th @ Basketball City on the Lower East Side. The “˜Fun and Fit in the City‘ family event is a full day of food, fitness and fun with some of our favorite celebrity chefs.
The entire family will have fun while learning the basics of healthy eating up close and personal with celebrity chefs Sunny Anderson, Rachael Ray, Andrew Zimmern and Giada De Laurentiis. Your host for the day is chef/TV host Guy Fieri. Get ready to get your hands messy while learning the basics of food preparation. Kids will learn how to cook meals at home and how to burn off those calories during physical activities. Everyone will have a chance to give back to the community through events hosted by “˜Share Our Strength’ and the “˜Food Bank for NYC.’
