Laila Ali just launched a new campaign with the American Kidney Fund called Pair Up. Laila lit up the ABC Billboard in Times Square to announce the campaign, which empowers women to protect themselves and their loved ones from kidney disease. Laila’s aim is to help curb the sobering stat that African Americans are four times more likely to develop kidney disease than whites. She encourages women to take the Pair Up Challenge in support.
