Easy Naan Bread Pizza Recipe

One night I was pressed for time to create dinner, so I came up with this Easy Naan Bread Pizza Recipe! I normally buy Naan bread to eat with Indian dishes, but I realized it tastes really good as a pizza crust. The Easy Naan Bread Pizza Recipe is a 30 minute meal and good for a quick lunch or dinner. I buy Naan Bread at my local grocery store, but you can also find it at Indian or Asian specialty grocers. You can also let the kids help make this pizza because it’s so simple. My kids are more willing to eat their veggies when they’ve had a helping hand in cooking!

Here’s what you need:

4 pieces of Naan Bread

1 cup of marinara sauce

8 oz of mushrooms sliced

3 Roma Tomatoes halved and sliced 

2 cups of fresh spinach

Few sprigs of basil chopped

1 cup of mozzarella 

1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese 

Preheat the oven to 425F 

First spread each piece of Naan Bread with marinara sauce.

Next layer each piece of Naan Bread with spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms, and basil.

Then you are going to sprinkle each piece of Naan Bread with equal amounts of mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

Then place your Easy Naan Bread Pizza in the oven for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and slightly browned.

Serve immediately and enjoy! This recipe makes the entire family happy!
