3 Ways and Reasons to Strengthen Your Vagina

I can’t believe I’m writing about this. Let me just be frank and honest. I never thought I would be writing about a woman’s hoo-ha. But…..

I was searching the internet for my mother. What I needed for her DID NOT pop up. What popped up, instead, was all this information on vaginal exercises and reasons to strengthen your vaginal muscles.

A Russian woman even holds the record for having the strongest vagina in the world. Maybe you already knew about this stuff; I certainly didn’t. There are medical and pleasurable reasons to keep all your muscles tight.

So, I read one article after the other; many of them sharing the same information. Many of them were funny as all get out.

Here, I am going to share 3 of the major consistencies I came across as I read.

3 Reasons to Strengthen Your Vagina

Intimate times with your husband will cause even greater fireworks as the strength and sensitivity of your vagina increase.

  1. A Stronger Pelvic Floor. Strengthening the vagina by strengthening the muscles of the pelvic floor helps to prevent incontinence. It may also help to prevent the prolapse of the uterus and bladder. Think about that little trickle that spills out when you laugh, sneeze, or try to do jumping jacks? They all can be signs of weak pelvic floor muscles. Time to strengthen those muscles.
  2. A Stronger Orgasm for You. Strong vaginal muscles have the ability to contract and release at a greater rate than weak ones. Intimate times with your husband will cause even greater fireworks as the strength and sensitivity of your vagina increase.
  3. A More Pleasurable Experience for Him. Your husband will wonder what happened. From my reading, you can start seeing results within 2 weeks. A tighter vaginal wall has the muscle strength to contract and hold your husband at a greater capacity. Think of it like a well fitted suit that is tailored to fit only your hubby. Not too tight, not too lose, but just right.

  1. Kegel Exercises. Many women have probably heard of Kegels. However, you have to make sure you are doing the Kegel exercise correctly in order to reap the benefits. Look it up; find a diagram. The exercise works to tighten your muscles if worked correctly.
  2. Yoga Moves. There are yoga moves and positions that actually strengthen this muscle. Hum… there’s a good reason to take yoga. Look it up, find an instructor, or class.
  3. Herbal Creams and Supplement. There are herbal concoctions you can make at home that are said to help strength your pelvic floor. Gooseberries came up over and over in my reading. Start there, read about the healing properties of gooseberries.

Bonus:

  1. Vaginal Cones. These are vaginal weights. The weights are designed to strengthen the pelvic floor. They will also improve vaginal sensation. This seems to be a western medical practice.
  2. Jade Eggs. This is an ancient Taoist practice. As I read about it, it’s similar to the practice of using the vaginal cones. Similarly it is a weight used to develop and strengthen the muscles of the pelvic floor.

There you have it, a summary of my readings. Some of the articles I read really made sense, while others made me laugh uncontrollably.
