According to the “X Factor” judge and former Destiny’s Child member, who has been rocking her sparkling rock since November, their relationship has been going on for a while, but they’ve tried their best to keep things out of the spotlight. Rowland tells Queen Latifah, “we’ve kept it very, very low – for years, to be completely honest.”
