Has your kid ever made you come close to losing your religion? We get it! Each day, the devil finds a way to get to us, and sometimes, the devil will unfortunately use our kids as little evil vessels to stir up our rage.
In these moments, you have to summon your Christian strength. You do this because you not only have to correct their actions but you have to do so in a manner that sets a good example for them. It’s quite the conundrum. But when all else seems impossible, turn to prayer.
Try traditional prayers, drawing from scriptures like:
Colossians chapter 3, verse 20, which ask that” children, be obedient to your parents in all things.”
Or 2nd Timothy chapter 2, verse 22, which says, “Flee the evil desires of youth, and pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace, along with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart”
