Recipe: Easy Pull Apart Apple Bread

Easy Pull Apart Apple Bread

Fall is in full swing, and apples are in abundance in the supermarkets. One of my favorite Fall treats I love to make for breakfast is this Easy Pull Apart Apple Bread! Of course the kids love this recipe. They get excited anytime I prepare to make it. It’s quick and easy to make. All you need are a few items you will find in your local grocery store.

You need:

1 Fluted tube cake pan
3 small cans of biscuits
3 medium sized apples peeled and diced
1/2 cup of butter
1/2 cup of sugar (I use turbinado)
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
Cooking spray

Preheat the oven to 350F.

First spray the flute pan with a thin coat of cooking spray to prevent sticking.

Next melt the butter and 1/4 cup of sugar in a small saucepan on med/low heat stirring until well mixed. Make sure not to boil or burn the butter. Pour 1/3 of the mixture evenly on the bottom of the pan.

Then you are going to layer biscuits around the entire bottom of the pan. The next step is layering all the diced apples on top of the biscuits. Pour another 1/3 of the butter mixture on top of the apples and sprinkle the one teaspoon of cinnamon on top evenly.

Next lay the last of the remaining biscuits evenly on top of the apples. Sprinkle the remaining sugar and cinnamon on top of the biscuits. Lastly drizzle the last of the butter mixture on top.

Bake at 350F for 25 minutes until brown.

Place a cake tray or plate on top of the flute plan and flip over to release bread before serving.

Serve hot and enjoy with your family! This is perfect for a weekend treat.
