Official Rules for #ThanksBaby Father’s Day Twitter Party
No Purchase Necessary to enter or win. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. THIS CONTEST IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH TWITTER (“Twitter”). A Twitter ACCOUNT AND INTERNET ACCESS ARE REQUIRED FOR ENTRY.
BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, YOU (“ENTRANT” OR “YOU”) MUST AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH CREATE A CONTRACT SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING.
1. Eligibility. The #ThanksBaby Father’s Day Twitter Party sweepstakes (“the Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry. Void in Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Employees, officers and directors of PROCTER & GAMBLE, its dealers and its advertising agencies, and any of their respective parents, affiliates, advertising agencies or any other company or individual involved with the design, production execution or distribution of the sweepstakes and any of their immediate family (spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and step-children) and household members (people who share the same residence at least three (3) months out of the year, whether related or not) of each such employee are not eligible. The sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the sweepstakes.

4. Agreement to Official Rules. Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules.
5. Submission Entry Period. Entrants may make submissions via twitter following guidelines outlined in How to Enter (“Entry”) between the hours of 9:00pm and 10:00pm EST on June 13, 2016. Date and time can change based on twitter’s status. If date and time are changed entrants who have RSVPed will be notified via twitter using appropriate hashtag.
6. How to Enter:
a. Submissions: To enter the Sweepstakes entrants must submit a tweet during official party hours of 9:00-10:00pm ET on June 13, 2016 using #ThanksBaby hashtag.
b.Entry: By entering you agree that your Submission conforms to the Entry Guidelines and Restrictions as provided below (collectively, the “Guidelines and Restrictions”) and that Sponsor, may disqualify you from the Sweepstakes if it believes, in its sole discretion that your Submission fails to conform to the Guidelines and Restrictions. Submissions must be submitted during the Entry Period.
- There is no limit to the number of entries. Only entries submitted during the Entry Period will be considered.
7. Prizes. The prizes will consist of 8 prizes:
- #ThanksBaby Prize Pack #1 [2 Winners]: Two lucky winners will win a $25 AMEX Gift card for dad. And for baby, a Pampers Swaddlers jumbo pack and a tub of Pampers sensitive wipes.
- #ThanksBaby Prize Pack #2 [2 Winners]: Two lucky winners will win a $75 AMEX Gift card for dad. And for baby, a Pampers Swaddlers jumbo pack and a tub of Pampers sensitive wipes.
- #ThanksBaby Prize Pack #3 [2 Winners]: Two lucky winners will win a $100 AMEX Gift card for dad. And for baby, a Pampers Swaddlers jumbo pack, a tub of Pampers sensitive wipes.
- #ThanksBaby Prize Pack #4 [1 Winner]: One lucky winner will win a $100 AMEX Gift card for dad. They will also receive a shaving kit for Dad. And for baby, a Pampers Swaddlers jumbo pack and a tub of Pampers sensitive wipes
- #ThanksBaby Grand Prize Pack [1 Winner]: One lucky winner will win a $150 AMEX Gift card for dad. Also, Dad will receive a signed copy of my book: The Gatekeepers are Gone: Hustle + Technology = Success which will inspire him to go after his dreams and passions . And for baby, a Pampers Swaddlers jumbo pack and a tub of Pampers sensitive wipes
a. All Prizes are non-transferable, with no cash redemption, equivalents or substitutions except at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. All Prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Prize details and availability are subject to change, and in the event that Sponsor is unable to provide a Winner with their Prize, the Sponsor may elect, to provide such Winner with the approximate value of such item in cash or award an alternate prize of comparable or greater value.
b. Prizes will be awarded using a random drawing. Winners will be notified via twitter and Direct Message of their winnings. Winners must respond within 24 hours with shipping information. If winner does not respond, an alternate winner will be chosen from valid entries.
c. Prizes are shipped directly from sponsors, and Tyler New Media, LLC is not responsible for shipment of prizing, shipping fees, or insurance. We will make every effort to ensure your prizes are delivered but are not liable for receipt after 90 days.
d.Winner is responsible for any taxes on prizes awarded.
e. Odds of winning are based on the number of tweets during the Entry Period.
