It’s that time of year again, time for one of our favorite music festivals — the City of Miami Gardens “Jazz in the Gardens” festival. The very popular music festival is celebrating its 8th annual event and will be hosted by none other than Michael Baisden.
The “Jazz in the Gardens” festival has hosted a wealth of fabulous performers over the years. Kem, Lauryn Hill, Patti LaBelle, EnVogue, and Musiq Soulchild have all graced the festival’s main stage. This year’s lineup promises to be just as amazing. Kicking off the celebration of music on Saturday is Najee, Fantasia, Kenny “BabyFace” Edmonds, Charlie Wilson, and New Edition. That’s just the first night! The party starts on Sunday with Mary Mary, Rachelle Ferrell, Monica, Earth, Wind & Fire and Ne-Yo all rocking the stage with what are sure to be electrifying performances.
Get ready for the festival by listening to your favorite songs by the performing artists on the festival’s exclusive Pandora station. Between shows or after, take the 22 minute drive to famous South Beach for a little dinner, dancing, and a stroll by the famous Versace Mansion.
