50 Million Pound Challenge Week 7

We’re back for our weekly update on the State Farm 50 Million Pound Challenge. It’s not too late to join our team that we have going on their site. Here is an update on how we’re doing so far:

HER VIEW:
BMWK family, the past few weeks were kinda hectic so I hadn’t been able to do all of my fitness routine but this past week I was able to get back on track. I found the time to start jogging again and for me this is a critical part of what I do for fitness. Half of the time I run with the girls in a double stroller so this gives the workout an extra boost -any jogging moms in the house? Even when I couldn’t get out to jog I was still eating healthier ans watching my portion control with the help of Dr. Ian and his meal plans. I can honestly say that I’m glad we’re doing this 50 Million Pound Challenge. I think it was the right motivation at the right time.

HIS VIEW:
50 Million Pounds on Facebook – yeah that’s right. There is even a facebook group made up of people that are doing the 50 million pound challenge. You can check out the group and join by going here. In the group people are asking questions, sharing ideas and supporting each other. It’s great to see this additional group because support is so important when you’re trying to lose weight or start a new fitness regime.

On a personal note I’ve been continuing to work our more and have increased a little week by week. I feel like I’m in the ballpark of my goals so if I stay committed I don’t see any reason why I shouldn’t reach them.
