A Great “FREE” Date Idea for the Next Two Weeks

A great FREE Date Idea for the next TWO Weeks

Lamar and I are full-time entrepreneurs, which means each day we hit the ground running as we work towards meeting our goals and achieving our dreams….we ‘rise and grind.’  As soon as we send the kids off to school, we are super focused on tackling our daily to-do lists.  And before you know it, the kids are home and it’s time for homework, dinner, activities, and bath.

That’s why on BMWK, we are constantly pushing the significance of continuously dating your spouse. You have to be intentional about staying connected, and dating gives you the opportunity to do just that. You can talk about your day, set goals, day dream, or just give each other the sexy look. You know the one, LOL.

In fact, New York Times Best Selling Author of the Happy Wives Club, Fawn Weaver, says that she and her husband of 11 years make it a point to connect each day:

“One of the things we found in talking to different people is that daily time of connection is critical. It can’t be a once a week date night. It has to be daily. So every morning, we have what we call our “Weaver Coffee Hour”, depending on how crazy our week is or how crazy our day is. For an hour we just connect. There’s no agenda. We could just sit and sip coffee or tea and talk about everything that happened that day before, or what’s on our agenda this upcoming day.”

Having a “Coffee Hour” every day is a great way to ensure that you stay connected with your spouse before you get into your daily grind. And now is a great time to start “Coffee Hour” with your spouse, as McDonald’s® has announced the launch of Free McCafé® Coffee Week.

Start the Day off Right

This is a national initiative offering customers a free small cup of McCafé® coffee (available during breakfast hours) every day from March 31- April 13, 2014, at participating McDonald’s restaurants.

Who knows, this may just be the start of a great daily habit for you and your spouse. And if you’re not married, take some time for yourself before you jump into the day’s activities by enjoying the rich medium roasted flavor of McCafé® Coffee.

Remember, the morning isn’t just a start to the day, but it’s an opportunity to embrace the possibilities that come with waking up and heading back into the world.
