It’s still summer in California and they are celebrating the season with a fabulous series of outdoor concerts at the Woodminster Amphitheater in Oakland, California. The Summer in the Red Woods Outdoor concert series continues on October 2 with the “Rhythm Section” themed concert featuring neo-soul angel Chrisette Michele. A BMWK favorite K’Jon also takes to the stage on Sunday for a soul stirring performance of his hit, “On the Ocean.”
One of R&B’s most beloved groups and LA natives The Whispers wrap the party and the concert series up on October 9 at the “Talking all that Jazz“ themed concert. Other performers will include Avery Sunshine, Ray McCoy and new artist (new to me”...LOL) Silk E.!
