Recipe: Easy Panko & Parmesan Tilapia

Have you made healthy New Year resolutions? Each year a lot of us commit to a new year, new me but aren’t sure on how to get there. This Easy Panko & Parmesan Tilapia Recipe can help you achieve your new year health goals. I created this recipe for my family to enjoy on our journey to being healthier. It’s not bulky, but filling and you can serve it easily with a vegetable of your choice.

You Need: 

  1. 6 Tilapia Fillets
  2. 1 cup of Panko Japanese Breadcrumbs
  3. 1 cup of grated Parmesan Cheese
  4. 1 palmful of chopped fresh parsley
  5. 2 finely minced garlic cloves
  6. Salt & Pepper to taste
  7. Olive Oil for drizzling

Directions: 

  1. Preheat oven to 400F
  2. First season your Tilapia fillets with salt and pepper
  3. Next make a mixture using the Panko, Parmesan, parsley, and garlic
  4. Coat each fillet with the mixture
  5. Layer each fillet in a baking dish
  6. Drizzle olive oil on top
  7. Bake for about 15 minutes until fish is flaky and bread crumbs are slightly browned
  8. Serve with your favorite veggies and enjoy!
