Have you made healthy New Year resolutions? Each year a lot of us commit to a new year, new me but aren’t sure on how to get there. This Easy Panko & Parmesan Tilapia Recipe can help you achieve your new year health goals. I created this recipe for my family to enjoy on our journey to being healthier. It’s not bulky, but filling and you can serve it easily with a vegetable of your choice.
You Need:
- 6 Tilapia Fillets
- 1 cup of Panko Japanese Breadcrumbs
- 1 cup of grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 palmful of chopped fresh parsley
- 2 finely minced garlic cloves
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil for drizzling
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400F
- First season your Tilapia fillets with salt and pepper
- Next make a mixture using the Panko, Parmesan, parsley, and garlic
- Coat each fillet with the mixture
- Layer each fillet in a baking dish
- Drizzle olive oil on top
- Bake for about 15 minutes until fish is flaky and bread crumbs are slightly browned
- Serve with your favorite veggies and enjoy!
