5 Workouts to Get It Right, Get It Tight Under 10 Minutes

Adulthood is wrought with necessary evils, but I would say the need to exercise is my least favorite. I love being active – taking a walk in our neighborhood, playing tag with my son, doing anything in heels – but gym time is not enjoyable. So when I decided to add a little movement to my morning routine, I knew it needed to be fast and effective.

Including 10 minutes of exercise a day can make a huge difference in your health without upending your daily schedule, so I took the challenge. Here are five workouts that made me sweat, but only for a 10 minutes.

Total Body Cardio & Sculpt

If you can’t do the sprints, just run in place or insert any other jogging movement that works for you. The key is to keep the heart rate up.

If you need something low impact and low key, try a yoga session. Time permitting, repeat the sequence 2-3 times to work on your balance and flexibility.
