Washington, D.C.’s Virginia McLaurin is evidence that your dreams can come true at any age. The centenarian turned viral Internet star recently visited the White House to live out her aspirations of meeting President Barack Obama. McLaurin, who said she never thought she would live to see a day when the nation would elect its first black president, started a social media campaign to meet the president in 2014. And now at age 106, McLaurin was able to see that dream come to fruition. Not only did she meet President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama, she was able to dance with the duo too.
