I will be married for two years this November. Super stoked. Getting to a place of peace, respect, and intimacy, though, took a lot of deliberate practice, a lot of mistakes, and a lot of trial and error. I absolutely agree. It’s easy to let technology take over out lives to the extent that we miss out what’s really in front of us.

You have to limit the use of the device when spending quality time or while talking to them on the phone. It’s hard chatting with somebody who is reading texts or Facebook messages. That level of multitasking will probably go against you.
