Features on the new Hello World app include:

My twin 4 year olds love playing educational games on my Moms iPod though I would love to give them the opportunity to learn and play all the time also my husband travels slot and it would be a way that he could see the kids and I while out of town
When I do win (lol) I will finally have my own instead of hogging my husband and using it as my own personal camera. I can finally load it with nonstop music and stay on top of my FB and Black & Married posts.
I can take better pictures of my kids and I can also camcord things that im not able to now alot of memories.I love to have that new ipod touch for mostly my kids purpose.
I would give it to my cousin who is expecting. She is young and is scared right now. And I think this would be a good tool in letting her see what to expect in the up coming months. I have a 8 month old. So I already knew how the baby would look at certain points in my pregnancy. What I was feeling why u got sick from having previously had children. But reading about it and seeing photos and knowing that they explain it is much better. So I would be giving it to someone who right now needs it and needs the knowledge.
I would use it to do everything I possible could with it – music, apps to make my life easier, take & keep pictures of my many nieces and nephews, etc. Also, my husband & I are trying to have a baby, so the Hello World app would come in handy when I do become pregnant.

If I had a Ipod touch…..I know exactly what I would use it for. First I would load games for my daughter who is 3yrs old. She loves playing the Dora and of course crazy birds. Second would be pictures the Ipod touch takes great pics. Third is the face time app so I can talk to friend and family and then my fav game in the world Words with Friends.
I will use it to take pics of the children in different countries during my Mission trips. I will also use it as a tool to type a book called, “The Love of God is Everywhere”
We would make it the learning iPod I would give it to my daughter to play with. She loves being about to touch the screen to play the games. Plus they have so many amazing learning apps for kids. I am also Pregnant so she could use the Pampers app to learn about what is going on in my body!

I’d use a new iPod Touch to ramp up my pictures and aps; right now, my VERY old school iPod doesn’t have nearly the capabilities of the newer versions, and downloading cool aps onto it isn’t really an option. Great giveaway—and I wish that Pampers ap was around when my babies were younger!

I’m a single mom of a beautiful 6 year old and I’ve learned so much from BAMWK that has prepared me for the physical, emotional and emotional sides of marriage! I’d like to use the iPod to build a 3 different playlists: one to my daughter for her resilient spirit, one for my future husband to show God’s love towards him, and the last for my future children about how bright and melodic their future will be!

Hello @blackandmarried I would use the IPOD Touch to launch me and my husband’s business’ by keeping on top of our social media, keep track of our spending, quickly download coupons for diapers, formula. Send pictures of our newborn to my family (Cousin) who is serving our government right now and other out of town family members!
I would give it to my hubby. I am a SAHM to four kids and we are on a tight budget. Our wedding anniversary and his birthday were last month and it would love to give him a nice gift. He works really hard and is a selfless individual. This would be a great gift for a wonderful husband and awesome father.
Two Words: Face Time! I would use it to keep in touch with long distance relatives and as a tool to allow those family members to continue watching their granddaughters (or nieces, or cousins, or…) grow up. Not to mention the cool apps, games, and loads of music I’d have fingertip access to.
I would use the cool edcuational apps to help homeschool my toddlers. Also my children only know of Steve Jobs and his genius through what they read as we have not been able to afford to purchase one. I would like for them to be able to experience his genius and know just how iconic he was.

I teach a home bound autistic student. I know there are many programs that would benefit him if I had an I Pod. I have researched Autism sites and have seen many apps. that we could use to enhance his education.

I would import my music library and use it to get back in shape after having my coming bundle of joy. I would also Skype my family and friends who are far from me. I’d also use it to teach the kiddies.
First of all it is great to see a site like this. The media portrays black families in such a negative light when there are so many happy well adjusted black families living in the US. If I won an ipod touch, I would use it for games, checking out the web and using it to entertain my kids when we are away from home. I am still not ready to get any kind of smartphone but love apple and its apps so prefer an ipod touch because I rarely use the phone.
