2014 is surely the year of wedding and engagements! We can now add Ludacris and his now lovely fiancé Eudoxie Mbouguiengue, who he proposed to on Friday to this list.
Ludacris has always did things out of the box, and his proposal was exactly that. The two had recently boarded his plane for a vacation with friends, when she sees “Eudoxie, Will You Marry Me” written on marbled backdrop.
He let his instagram followers get a glimpse of her shock and his smile says it all, “She didn’t say yes, she said, ‘HELL YES’!”
BMWK, let’s wish the happy couple congratulations!

I guess we’re going to ignore the elephant in the room. Maybe her and Gabrielle Union can swap “Break baby ” coping techniques. ????

@Jessie, what business is “their” elephant in the room to you??
Jesse says
It’s my business when it is posted on a public forum representing POSITIVE images of black love. How is cheating and producing a baby outside your relationship POSITIVE? I’ll wait

Sadly, this is some people’s version of Happily ever after. Just because you post congrats doesn’t make it positive. All of these uplifting articles you guys post, and then you post about a known philanderer. Like it’s Positive or normal within the black community. It’s sad really. I wonder if Ronnie and Lamar envisioned this when they created this blog. What’s next? Baby daddy baby mama drama? Let’s not deminish the value if this page by posting and congratulating cheaters and liars. That is not positive images

I thought he only had a daughter?
Jessie says
Nope, just had a baby by a “highschool friend” last year. But they’ve been together since 09′

But Jessie, if the couple in question has worked out any issues about said “elephant,” it really is no one else’s business but theirs. I hope what we can all do is celebrate their love and impending marriage. It’s positive that the two of them are making a commitment. It’s positive that the child is healthy and loved. What else matters? Anything else is judgment and condemnation. Matthew 7:1-3 says, “Judge not, that ye be not judged.”
Jessie says
If that’s your attempt at spinning this into a positive story, good for you *slow clap*???? I’ve noticed when people want to justify crazy behavior they always say “judge not, that year be judged ” still doesn’t make it any better, or excuse poor behavior.

That last comment came out crazy looking after I copied and pasted. My apologies for the crazy characters and auto correct errors

Why would you as a positive image for black marriage place this on your website. I understand you all are based out of Atlanta and are trying to network with the local celebrities. But this is taking it too far. This man refused to pay child support by lying to a “judge” which is despicable then he hasn’t seen his child more than maybe four times since her birth. Shame on you all for this!

I totally agree Jessie, guys like Ludacris and Dwayne Wade kill me “trying” to be the chivalrous type, when they are nothing but philandering cheats.
