So whether we are talking about a happy marriage, lasting friendships, or a successful career, it can be argued that having a good dose of confidence will lead to more happiness on all fronts.

Communicating what we want and need in our lives can bring us closer and closer to living a confident life. If you are unable to share your thoughts and feelings with clarity, it can leave you feeling frustrated, annoyed, and confused.
But a clear communicator is more likely to walk away from an interaction feeling satisfied about what they expressed and how they expressed it. If building confidence is a goal of yours, focusing on how you communicate with others should be a priority.
Get clear on what your talents are and how you can use them
So many of us float through life without making good use of the gifts and talents we have. Even if you don’t think you have any, trust me when I say that you do. You just have to make it your business to find out what your gifts and talents are.

Spend more time with people that lift you up
We sometimes don’t realize it, but having the wrong people in your life can definitely bring you down. You have to be very careful about the people and energy you allow into your space.
Form a tight circle of people who make you feel good about who you are and what you have to offer the world. Let’s call this group your tribe. Then spend as much time with your tribe as you can, When you have the right people in your life, you feel like you can conquer anything. It’s a wonderful feeling.
