Monroe Georgia police are asking for assistance in finding a missing man.

25-year-old Charles Stephen Parker has been missing since Sunday after attending church.  According to police, Parker went to church and then to Athens to look at some property for a business deal and hasn’t been seen since. A witness has stated that he saw Parker in Athens around 4:30 pm.. on Sunday.

Police located his car, a 2010 black Chrysler 300 abandoned in downtown Athens on Hoyt Street near College Avenue, along with some of his belongings inside the vehicle.

36-year-old, Stacey Nicole English of Atlanta Georgia has been missing for three weeks. She was reported missing by relatives on December 27 and police have no true leads to her whereabouts. Her car was discovered abandoned with the engine running on December 31st near Lakewood Fairgrounds Lake in Atlanta.

The last person who reportedly saw her was a St. Louis man Robert Kirk who investigators have interviewed and have not named him a suspect in the disappearance case.

Christian Boone of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports,  “Robert Kirk, who was visiting English during the holidays, told detectives his friend began “acting peculiar” the night of Dec. 26, asking him if he was Satan. She asked Kirk to leave and he did, hailing a cab outside her Lenox Road condo, according to the incident report.”
