I must say, Malaki is gifted and he sings with conviction. For a nine year old boy, he sings as if he understands the meaning of song. His mother is a special person also. She doesn’t appear to force him to sing. Yes there were tears. I look forward to hear this child in the near future.
This performance was so awesome!! He is try special and has a gift that speaks volume. I was so touched by him. And the mother, wow!! You knew exactly what to say and when to say it. You have been blessed as well. I’m so had the show gave in another chance to show what he’s made of, a truly , he did us proud.

I am a newly retired music teacher and one of things I did with my first and second grade kids was teach them to perform and look out for great voices. Folks, trust me, this is a wonderful voice to be reckoned with!!. Not only is he talented beyond words, but he is telling everyone to “listen” because singing is his passion! God bless him! He will go far! God bless his mom too because she loves him so much and helped him to get the courage to pursue his dreams! I bet she can sing too! Tears of joy!!

I said, “I’m not going to cry, I just want to see what all the hoopla is about.” Well, when his mother ran out on the stage, I started crying uncontrollably.
I don’t know what it is but something about this song period that makes me cry all the time but this boys voice and the emotion behind it speaks so much behind this song and it just takes me out…tears….
