We spent Valentine’s night in DC at the Kindred The Family Soul show done by J&J Entertainment Group. Of course the place was packed, they rocked the crowd, the fans got involved and it was another good look for the marriage movement and the group that provides the soundtrack for it.
I just LOVE THEM! A wonderful Vday indeed 🙂
Kindred was great! Fortunately our foundation is so strong that we managed to salvage some aspects of a very bad evening.
With that said ensure produductions put on by J&J Entertainment are thoroughly researched. They started off with UNCLEAR VIP seating arrangements; when everyone started to show up, there were open tables in VIP, but they failed to mention on their website that the tables were reserved for those who purchased them. Also, they never advertised that tables were ever available for purchase on their website. There were at least 15 people who were surprised by the lack of seating in the VIP area.
Also, J&J promotions had a very rude young lady working for them that was going around telling ticket holders they had to “Get up” and “You can’t sit here”. She was very obnoxious and almost started several altercations with customers.
J&J Entertainment was only concerned with the money and not customer satisfaction, they offered no one their money back when the seating issue came up and the very rude staff member was verbally abusive to patrons.
In addition, they sold tables behind pillars and walls and did not tell the people that paid for seating that their view would be obstructed.
My Husband and I will never attend another function headed by J&J entertainment, their lack of professionalism and failure to create a relaxed and romantic environment was paramount in our decision.
