A romantic comedy about a “down on his luck” brother trying to find true love, “Black Coffee” promises to be good to the last drop. Starring Darrin Dewitt Henson (Stomp the Yard), Gabrielle Dennis (The Game), Christian Keyes (Let’s Stay Together), Lamman Rucker (Why Did I Get Married), and Erica Hubbard (Let’s Stay Together), Black Coffee looks at the ups and downs that occur on the beautiful (but very bumpy) journey to finding true love.
Promising to give you something to laugh, think and talk about, Black Coffee is the perfect film to kick off a new year and opens in AMC Theaters in Chicago, Atlanta, Baltimore and Washington, D.C. on January 10, 2014.
Always eager to support a Black film that makes me laugh, while depicting Black love in a positive (yet realistic) light, I think Black Coffee may be just what we need in our lives. After all, the world could always use a little more laughter and love.
