Every so often we forget about the things in our lives that matter most. Our forgetfulness isn’t intentional. We just get caught up in all of the responsibilities we have, and the things that once received so much of our attention now receive very little of it.
This often happens in marriages. Over time the excitement of it all fades, and couples settle into a mundane existence. It doesn’t mean anyone is miserable, but it does mean that something needs to change soon to help recharge your marriage and bring some life back into it.
But here’s the good news: needing a makeover isn’t a bad thing because it means that at its core, your marriage is solid. A makeover is simply an attempt to make you feel better about something you once felt pretty good about. Makeovers come with feelings of excitement and energy—they make you feel hopeful and energized.
Take a look at these 9 signs that your marriage might be in need of a makeover. If any of them apply to your partnership, start thinking of ways to get that old thing back.

I have a question? Im 22. I’ve been with my husband 3 years(before we became married) we’ve been married 4 months. I clean ,cook, work 10 hours sometimes 8 hours everyday of the week, take care of our children 5 in all. 3 of which are mine 2boys we share. He always talke down on me. And if i say i need sonething he says i dont deserve. Its becoming harder and harder to deal with. I feel unappreciated on a daily. All i ask is for a little help. He works but that’s it. I could be moving a dresser and he sits there as if he doesn’t see me struggling and play “the game” . Not to mention he’s 28 years old. I just need alot of advice and idk where to start
