I went through airport security after my honeymoon with my hair in an updo. My hair got searched in the airport there and back (and it hurt with them digging around, moving bobby pins). I didn’t think much of it at the time, but it seems like Ms. Adiele really felt violated after TSA agents requested an additional pat-down because she had “poofy” hair. Her story:

I’m wondering whether she just wanted to be on TV? It’s not like they made her take off a wig or remove extensions. It’s her hair and she had to take it down. Not news.
