Congrats to them. Nice looking foreclosed home that they put down 15% and paid off in 9 yrs. Two vehicles in the drive way. It did not mention if they have little kids or kids in college? Kids who play sports or kids with braces. Living off of $35k per yr. is possible I guess, if you don’t like steak and shrimp. LOL. Now that they are on tv and I think I heard that they have a book out. Are they now going to use their earnings to live more lavishly i. e. buy a new car? I am only jealous, that’s all. LOL. Great info.
My FYI, for those newly in their home or in the process of buying one. You can’t go to your landlord and say this is broke or that broke. If your stove or dryer goes out you can still purchase them with your good credit 6-12 months same as cash at many places.
Some ppl think that applying for a in store credit card to save 15% on that purchase is a good thing(don’t forget to cancel it if you only applied for it to get the 15% off at the time of purchase). Also don’t forget that because you cut up a card with a $0 balance that card is still considered an open account. Someone correct me if I am wrong. I was told that a open credit card not being used is worse than those being used. If you have a card that you don’t use, once in a while use it and get the bill and pay the full amount due . It’s a purchase and a debt paid and looks good when you want to purchase a house or refiance one or want to increase your card limit for a bigger rainy day fund(vacation). LOL. I know the couple in the vid don’t use credit cards, but their grass is nice and healthy. Where do they live. Where I live we had a dry spell last summer and now we have a wet muddy season after the snow melted. I want green pretty grass again.
I’ve been exploring for a bit for any high quality articles or weblog posts on this sort of
