Went to see The Princess & The Frog last week. It was great. Both my daughter and son enjoyed the movie and I thought it had a great message.
I was a little apprehensive about going to see this movie, my daughter insisted that we see it on opening weekend and was pleasantly surprised that I really enjoyed the movie but was extremely moved when she said, “Now I don’t have to be Cinderella for Halloween!”
loved the idea of a black princess, she was wonderful and beautiful, letting little girls know that they are beautifull too.
We loved the Princess and the Frog movie, the kids are now fans and I am too. Fav. character was the bug from the Bayou!!

The Princess and the Frog is AWESOME! My 4 year old and I took “Daddy” on a movie date for his birthday to see The Princess and the Frog. It was AWESOME! The movie was very well done and it warmed my heart to see my daughter excited that the Princess looked just like her.
I just love the Movie my Daughter enjoyed it also. She couldn’t have been a more Beautiful Princess.

My whole family truly enjoyed the moviee. Having a hard time finding Princess Tiana things in the stores. Guess we weren’t he only ones who liked the moviee.
I took my baby sister to see the movie & it was wonderful! To make it extra special I let my sister wear the tiara from my wedding. When I saw her head held high, shoulders back and the excitement in her face when the first African American Princess came on the screen, I wanted to cry tears of joy! It was an unforgettable moment for both of us!!
We loved the Princess and the Frog. My girls are getting only Tianan items for Christmas. Plus I love the fact that she is from Louisiana like me!!!

The movie was great! My husband and daughter had a “daddy-daughter date night” where they dressed up and he took her to get ice cream and then the movie. She cannot quit talking about how the princess looked like her,lol
Great movie! My daughter and I went to see it this weekend. I am so glad that Disney has finally created a princess who is African American. We should find beauty in each and every culture. Now my daughter knows that she is beautiful also. I just loved it!!!!
This movie was awesome. I want my daughter to be strong and independant just like princess Tiana. I have been looking for her items to give as gifts and have found a lot of things have been sold out which is wonderful because our baby girls will know too that they are princesses and their dreams can come true.
My husband took our 3 daughter’s to see the movie the really enjoyed it and are still talking about that night.

I took my “grown” 3 yr old daughter and my neighbor’s daughter as well to see the Princess and the Frog Movie, and they absolutely enjoyed it! They have not stopped talking about it since!
My daughter and I truly enjoyed the movie. However, I was little skeptical at first when all this “Voodoo” drama started at the beginning of the movie. I wasn’t planning on have that conversation with my daughter. You have to keep it in perspective with what all the other disney movies that have taken place over the years. Each movie had a theme whether you knew it or not. So, I would take her again it was a very colorful and fun movie and I loved the fact that it portrayed our color. It was nice to see that families from all backgrounds came to see the movie. Hmmmmm….keep them coming.
Finally and african american princess added to the disney collection..Good Job..

This movie has been a long time coming. I always enjoyed the Cinderella movie as a child, and remember receiving it for Christmas. I will definitely be buying this when it hits store shelves!

I took my lil divas to see the movie and my youngest loved it. She even sat through most of the movie which she rarely does. I thought the movie was done very well and will purchase it when it comes out on DVD.

this would be awesome my daughter is two yrs old and that’s all she talks about the princess and the frog. we also took her to see the movie and she watched the whole thing. not once did she go to sleep or act like a two yr old. and she received the prince and the princess for christmas. it is good we finally have a black princess.
Great movie! I think I enjoyed it more than the little ones.
I thoroughly enjoyed the Princess & The Frog I took all my nieces {we had a girls day out}; it was a blast…! ~ I think it was a positive influence for them to see someone that looks like them on the big screen and getting the happily ever after. I applaud Disney for their efforts no matter how long it took that is of non importance here the fact of the matter is that it is now a reality and I for one couldn’t be happier about it. I’m anxious to purchase the Blue Ray when it comes available to the public.

I am so grateful to have a Black princess for my daughter to see herself in, since she loves the other Disney Princesses. I have bought almost every Princess & The Frog item I could get my hands on for her for Christmas, but not the comforter!
my grand daughters would love to have this in their room they just discovered that we are decindent of a king(christ) they are 4 years old .
