After two children and some busy living, I don’t often feel as hot as I did in my 20s. I’ve gained weight, had a few surgeries, my eyeglass prescription is stronger, and my hair has changed. Those kind of transformations are enough to make a woman question whether or not she’s still got it.
The longer we live, the more change we’ll experience. Most will be external while some will be internal.
As busy parents and spouses, we have to make sure we don’t allow one to affect the other. Loving and feeling good about ourselves is a choice. If you struggle with feeling sexy, too, I hope a few of these suggestions are the reminder you need to get you back to sexy.
- Sexy is an attitude
- Men love a little extra to hold on to
- Some women are paying for bigger butts and hips
- Lingerie comes in all sizes for a reason
- Extra pounds shouldn’t change your seduction and bedroom skills
- Self-love empowers you
- Dressing up in a way that accentuates what you love about yourself is reassuring
- Treating yourself well is a must
- Positive affirmations will change your perspective
- Your man stays for a reason
- Self-pride is so attractive
- Erotica will quickly arouse your inner vixen
- Hobbies will bring you back to you
- Sexy language, like “my breasts are sexy and voluptuous” encourages a positive self-image
- Verbalizing your desires ensures you get what you need
- Managing a household is sexy
- Building a career is sexy
- Bubble baths, massages and body wraps do your body good
- Finishing or going back to school is sexy
- At anytime, you can work on changing what you don’t like
In order to feel good about ourselves, we have to remind ourselves why we should feel good in the first place. Raising children, managing a household and pleasing a spouse is a job. One you should be proud of. If ever you doubt whether or not you still have it going on, just look at all you contribute to the lives of those around you. You are remarkable and that is super sexy!
